§ 10-4. Department of development services.

(a)

Enforcement agency. The department of development services shall be the enforcement agency for the building-related codes, and the director thereof shall be known as the Building Official and as the code official.

(b)

Appointment. The Building Official shall be appointed by the city manager or the city manager's designee.
