§ 15-4. Health department laboratory fees.

  • (a)

    A fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per test is hereby established for all persons requesting a water bacteriology test from the health department laboratory.

    (b)

    The fee charged by the health department for T-Spot.®TB ELISPOT interferon gamma releasing assay (IGRA) for Tuberculosis testing is hereby established at sixty-nine dollars ($69.00).

    (c)

    Veterinarian clinics located outside of the city limits shall be charged a rabies testing fee of forty dollars ($40.00) per test by the health department.

    (d)

    The following schedule of testing fees are hereby established to be paid to the health department by private medical providers and private laboratories:
