§ 15-171. Sewer and waste disposal lines; connection to city sewer system required.

All dead or embalming rooms used in the care and preparation for burial or transportation of dead human bodies by funeral establishments regulated by state law, within the city shall be required to connect their sewer and wastes disposal lines to the sanitary sewer systems of the city.
