§ 15-261. Scope and intent of article.

To provide consumer protection regulations for the sale or rental of secondhand or refurbished mattresses and germicidal treatment of such mattresses. For purposes of this article, both secondhand as well as refurbished mattresses must receive germicidal treatment prior to sale or rental.
