§ 15-268. Penalty for violation.

A violation under this article is a strict liability offense and any person violating any of its provisions shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this article are committed, continued or permitted. Each violation may be punishable by a fine not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00).
