§ 16-198. Emergency contact numbers.

(a)

All persons in the business of used automotive parts recycling shall place and maintain a sign on the premises that may be read from the street right-of-way listing the names and telephone numbers of at least one (1) person in the county who may be called to give admittance to the premises in case of emergency.

(b)

It is unlawful to fail to place and maintain a sign as required under this section.
