§ 18-12. Licenses required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, maintain or operate within the city a mobile living park by the day, week, month, or longer period of time, for compensation, unless there has been obtained by the owner or operator of the mobile living park a license issued by the director. The license is non-transferable; upon sale or transfer of ownership, the new owner shall apply for a license within thirty (30) days of the sale or change of ownership.
