§ 19-36. Summons.

Any city employee whose duty is to enforce the parking provisions contained in this chapter shall attach to any vehicle parked in violation thereof, a notice that such vehicle has been parked in violation of such provisions and summoning the violator to appear at the office of the clerk of the municipal court in regard to such violation.
