§ 19-111. Limitations on turning around (U-turns).

  • The driver of any vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any street in a business district; at any intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal unless signs are posted permitting a U-turn; nor upon any other street unless such movement can be made in safety without interfering with other traffic.
