§ 19-197. Parking time limit signs required except for decal program time limits; prohibited parking signs required.

Whenever an ordinance prohibits parking or imposes a parking time limit, except any time limit imposed by the decal program, the traffic engineer shall erect a sign giving notice thereof, and no such parking regulation shall be given effect unless such sign is erected at the time of the alleged parking violation.
