§ 19-436. Criteria for designation.

The criteria for a residential permit parking zone area are:
(1)

At least sixty (60) percent of curbside spaces must be occupied by vehicles for the proposed residential permit parking zone to be eligible for designation; and

(2)

At least twenty-five (25) percent of curbside spaces must be occupied by commuter vehicles for the proposed residential permit parking zone to be eligible for designation.
