§ 19-440. City council action.

City council may designate or dedesignate a resident-only permit parking zone at any time, with or without a resident initiation. Only city council can designate or dedesignate a resident-only permit parking zone. The city council may designate or dedesignate resident-only permit parking zones according to the procedures of this division, but is not bound to approve any petition presented to it.
