§ 19-639. Criminal penalties.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to fail to obtain a permit required under this chapter for any procession. Any violation committed intentionally, knowingly or recklessly shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(b)

The intentional, knowing or reckless commission of any act made unlawful by section 19-638 shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
