§ 21-220. Hours of operation.

(a)

A sexually oriented business establishment shall not allow customers or patrons onto the premises during the hours of 2:15 a.m. through 7:00 a.m. on any day of the week.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for a sexually oriented business establishment to allow customers or patrons onto the premises during the proscribed hours as provided in subsection (a).
