§ 21-241. Term of permit.

(a)

Each adult arcade permit and manager's permit issued shall be valid until December 31st at which time it shall expire, unless the permit is sooner revoked or surrendered.

(b)

Each adult arcade permit and manager's permit shall be subject to renewal as of its expiration date by filing a renewal application.

(c)

Each renewal application must be filed at least twenty (20) calendar days prior to the date of expiration.

(d)

Except as expressly indicated herein, all of the deadlines, fees, and procedures applicable to any application and permit shall also be applicable to each renewal application and renewal permit.

(e)

The chief shall not require another photograph for a renewal application unless he cannot verify the identity of the applicant who filed a renewal application; or, unless the applicant filing a renewal application is different from the individual who filed the original application.
