 Chapter 22. PARKS AND RECREATION
 Article I. IN GENERAL

  § 22-3. Glass beverage containers prohibited in certain parks.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to carry on to or to possess within any city parks any glass beverage container, unless specifically exempted from this restriction by city ordinance.

    (b)

    The following parks shall be exempted from the restriction in subsection (a), as well as all indoor park facilities:

    (1)

    S.A. Zoo in Brackenridge Park;

    (2)

    Witte Museum in Brackenridge Park;

    (3)

    HemisFair Park;

    (4)

    Tower of the Americas;

    (5)

    La Villita;

    (6)

    Market Square;

    (7)

    RiverWalk;

    (8)

    McFarlin Tennis Center in San Pedro Park;

    (9)

    Spanish Governor's Palace;

    (10)

    San Antonio Botanical Center;

    (11)

    Mission Del Lago Golf Course;

    (12)

    Riverside Golf Course;

    (13)

    Cedar Creek Golf Course;

    (14)

    San Pedro Driving Range and Par 3;

    (15)

    Olmos Basin Golf Course;

    (16)

    Willow Springs Golf Course.
