§ 22-8. Clubhouse rental fees.
(1)
Olmos Clubhouse: Thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour with a four-hour minimum.
(2)
Woodlawn Lake Island House: Thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour with a four-hour minimum.
(3)
Hillside Acres Clubhouse: Thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour with a four-hour minimum.
(4)
Roosevelt Clubhouse: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour with a four-hour minimum.
(5)
A damage/cleanup deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) is hereby authorized to be collected at the time reservation for aforesaid facilities is made. Said damage/cleanup is refundable to the user in whole or in part based on the condition rented premises are in after a reserved event. The amount of damage/cleanup deposit refunded to the user shall be determined by the director of parks and recreation or his designee and shall be based on policies established for each facility.
(6)
Pursuant to Ordinance 63005, of June 4, 1986, the Woodlawn Lake Community Association and Church's Fried Chicken, Inc., may henceforth use the Woodlawn Lake Island House without payment of established use fees; such free use being limited to official association functions and official company-sponsored events.
