§ 22-161. Parks and recreation facility refund policy.

There is hereby established the following permit, reservation, and use fee refund policy for all parks and facilities operated by the city's department of parks and recreation:

(1)

All permits, reservations and use fees shall be one hundred (100) percent refundable if the holder of the permit, reservation or use fee provides the department of parks and recreation written notice of cancellation ninety (90) calendar days before the date of the permit, reservation or use.

All permits, reservations and use fees shall be fifty (50) percent refundable if the holder of the permit, reservation or use fee provides the department of parks and recreation written notice of cancellation eighty-nine (89) to thirty (30) calendar days before the date of the permit, reservation or use.

(3)

All permits, reservations and use fees will be non-refundable and forfeited to the city for any cancellations with less than thirty (30) days notice.

(4)

One (1) rescheduled use can be granted with at least sixty (60) calendar days written notice to the department of parks and recreation.
