If a permit for an alarm system has been revoked under section 25-67(a)(4), the person in control of the alarm site on which the alarm system is located must request that an inspection be made of the alarm system prior to any new permit being issued. Such inspection shall be made by the San Antonio Police or Fire Department representative as soon as possible after receiving the request, but in any event not later than ten (10) regular working days after the person has made the request. If upon such inspection it is found that the alarm system is in proper working order, the person in control of the alarm site may apply for a new permit for such alarm system.
