§ 29-106. Administration.

The director is the principal city official responsible for the administration of the right of way, right of way permits, the regulation of same and ordinances related thereto. The director may delegate any or all of the duties hereunder.
(1)

The position of right-of-way manager in the public works department is hereby established. The right-of-way manager in the public works department shall have the same duties, responsibilities and authority as specified for the director stated herein.

(2)

The position of utility coordinator in the public works department is hereby established. The utility coordinator shall supervise utility construction projects and utility inspections.
