§ 29-110. Maps and records of registrants.

Each ROW user must maintain accurate maps and records of its facilities. The information shall be made available to the department within five (5) days of request by the department. The maps and records shall depict horizontal and vertical locations of all facilities in and near the right of way. The information shall be provided in electronic format compatible with city software or shall be subject to a conversion fee. Maps and records shall indicate horizontal location and a description of the facility for the area involved in the permit application and two (2) block radius. The department may have facilities located if the ROW user does not provide the requested information. In such event the ROW user shall reimburse the cost to the city to locate the facilities.
