The director may issue a written notice to the permittee indicating work that does
not conform to the terms of the permit, applicable standards, conditions, or codes,
or other applicable regulation. Within ten (10) days after issuance of written notice,
the permittee shall present proof to the director that the violation has been corrected.
If such proof has not been presented within the required time, the director may revoke
the permit.
