Subject to applicable federal, state, and local law, the ROW user shall, upon the
request of the city, locate and/or relocate its facilities situated within any right-of-way,
at no expense to the city, where reasonable and necessary to accommodate street construction,
widening, or public improvement projects of the city. When relocation is necessitated
by federal government requirements, and includes reimbursements, the city will reimburse
applicant for its proportionate share from funds provided the city in such reimbursements.
