§ 2-30. Preservation of order.

  • The mayor shall preserve order and decorum, prevent personal references to council members or the impugning of other members' motives, and confine members' remarks to the question under discussion. No other member shall address the council from any other than his or her own seat nor until after being recognized by the chair.
