§ 32-2. Rates and fees for the Alamodome.

The rates and fees for the Alamodome shall be as set out in Attachment I to Ordinance No. 78728 which attachment is incorporated herein by reference.

The five dollar ($5.00) parking fee for the Alamodome as set out in attachment I to Ordinance No. 78728 is hereby increased to twenty dollars ($20.00). All other rates and fees for the use of the Alamodome shall remain in full force and effect.

A renewal and improvement facility fee is established in the amount of three dollars ($3.00) per ticket sold for events at the Alamodome.

The following fees are hereby established:

Convention Center executive board room rental, per day ..... $500.00

Lila Cockrell Theatre and Municipal Auditorium scaffolding rental per event ..... 50.00

Lila Cockrell Theatre and Municipal Auditorium banner drop fee, per drop ..... 50.00

Lila Cockrell Theatre and Municipal Auditorium lighting tree rental per day ..... 15.00

Truss rental, per stick ..... 25.00

per corner block ..... 10.00

Municipal Auditorium caterer's application fee(renewable every three (3) years) ..... 300.00

Risers: From $10.00 per day to $20.00 per day

Tables: From $5.00 per day to $10.00 per day

Dance floor: From $3.50 per piece to $5.00 per piece

Chairs: From $.60 per chair to $1.20 per chair

Audio visual service fee—Daily rate:

Audio monitor operator ..... 250.00

Audio technical director ..... 300.00

Audio visual service fee—Hourly rate:

AV Technical setup, with a one-hour minimum ..... 35.00

House audio operation, with a one-hour minimum ..... 35.00

House rigger supervisor, with a one-hour minimum ..... 68.00

House rigger setup, with a four-hour minimum ..... 40.00

House rigger setup/show, with a four-hour minimum ..... 40.00

House lights operator, with a four-hour minimum ..... 40.00

Audio/visual overtime rate: From $25.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour

Maximum special event parking rate for events with over ten thousand (10,000) attendees ..... 25.00

The director of convention and sports facilities is authorized to determine the parking rate for such special events in an amount up to the maximum special event parking rate.

Ticket service charge fee ..... $2.00

Extra labor services fee—Daily rate:

Audio production ..... 200.00

Repair/maintenance of client equipment (does not include parts) ..... 100.00
