§ 32-23. Right reserved to refuse rentals.

(a)

The director shall have the right to refuse to rent any area of the Market Square complex to any person guilty of willful violations of the rules and regulations promulgated under this division.

(b)

No tenant may own or operate more than two (2) stores within the Market Square complex, to include any combination of pushcarts, kiosks, in-line stores, food court stalls and specialty trucks. Kiosks in their entirety constitute two (2) individual retail stores.
