§ 32-52. Removal, notification of unattended merchandise.

Produce left unattended by the owner may be removed from the stall by the director, and all rights to such stall shall be forfeited. The city shall have the right to remove or dispose of such produce without liability. An owner must notify the market master of unattended produce.
