§ 32-60. Unwholesome produce prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to bring, cause to be brought, sell, offer for sale, or expose for sale in the Farmers Market, any produce unfit for human consumption or otherwise not suitable for sale on the Farmers Market because of age, disease, damage or other conditions affecting the wholesomeness of the produce. The decision of the director or his representative shall be final in determining the quality, condition and wholesomeness of all produce in the Farmers Market.
