§ 33-017. Provisions to be contained in bonds and insurance policies.

Every license/permit bond and insurance policy required under this chapter shall contain an endorsement that termination of the obligations of such bond or expiration, material change in, or cancellation of such insurance policy shall not become effective before thirty (30) days after written notice is received by the city of such termination, expiration, change or cancellation. Every insurance policy required by this chapter shall name the city as an additional insured.
