§ 33-984. Grant of operating permit; service requirements.

Upon approval of an application for an operating permit by the director, and the execution of a permit agreement pursuant thereto, the director shall promptly issue the operating permit. This permit agreement shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date it becomes effective. The director may allow for automatic renewal for an additional period not to exceed twenty-four (24) months, as provided in the rules and regulations.
