§ 34-122.3. Economic development rate schedule.

Rate schedule D, establishing potable water rates for economic development customers, permitting the waiver of certain fees and costs, and permitting the provision of water and wastewater infrastructure at reduced or no cost to an economic development customer, is hereby adopted and attached hereto and incorporated herein.
