§ 34-1345. Water supply fee schedule.

The water supply fee which will be applied to all consumption beginning on or about January 1, 2018 and on or about January 1, 2019, as appropriate, is set out in Schedule E to this chapter. Such water supply fee schedule shall remain in effect as set out in Schedule E until the system's board of trustees and council of the city determine that an additional adjustment is necessary to most effectively meet the water supply development needs of system customers.
