§ 5-113. Livestock permits.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep livestock in the city without first applying in writing and obtaining a permit from the department, such permit to be valid only for the location for which it was issued.

(b)

A person who keeps livestock as defined in this chapter shall pay a permit fee per year for each animal.

(c)

All fees payable under this chapter, for whatever purpose required, shall be paid to the city.
