§ 6-187. Overloads.

It shall be unlawful for the owner and/or user of any supported land which the members of the public are invited to enter upon or to place their personal property upon, to use or permit the use of the supported land in any manner which shall cause a surcharge load to be placed thereon. Impact load, if any, shall be considered in determining whether a surcharge load is being placed upon the supported land.
