Should any section, clause, sentence, or provision of this article be held illegal,
invalid, or unenforceable in whole or part by a final judgment of a court of competent
jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect or invalidate the remaining provisions
of this article which shall be treated as having been duly legislated without inclusion
of such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable section, clause, sentence, or provision.
