§ 35-C108a. Local Government Code, Chapter 245, Rights Determination.

For a homestead (one (1) lot or less than three (3) acres) a fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) and for residential over one (1) lot or three (3) acres or more a fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) shall be paid for the processing of any vested rights determination pursuant to section 35-711 of this chapter.
