§ 35-F102. Reporting Violations, Other Remedies.

Violations of this appendix shall be reported by the city floodplain administrator as set out herein. Any person who fails to comply with these regulations is guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition to the other remedies provided by law, the city council may institute appropriate action to abate violations of these regulations as a public nuisance and in violation of this chapter.
