Routing of the runoff hydrograph through the channel from one (1) subarea calculation
point to the next in the HEC-HMS shall be computed using one (1) of the methods listed
below.
Channel routing methodologies that are currently being applied in the existing HEC-HMS
model of the watershed shall not be replaced with a different methodology without
approval or direction from the Director of TCI.
For use in routing methods, Manning's roughness coefficients ("N" values) shall be
consistent with the values listed in Table 9.2.4.1
