§ 35-472. Water Pollution Abatement Plan.

A water pollution abatement plan approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality shall be required for all regulated development as established and defined by Texas Administrative Code, 31 TAC 213.1-213.11, prior to the issuance of a building permit and/or certificate of occupancy.
