§ 15-172. Sewer, drainage installation plans prerequisite to building permit, certificate of occupancy.

The issuance of necessary building permits and certificates of occupancy required under the ordinances of the city prior to the construction or occupancy of any room, building or structure within the city shall, in the case of any room, building or structure to be used as a dead or embalming room, be withheld and denied unless and until the applicant for such permit shall have submitted plans and specifications providing for the installation of drainage and sewer lines connecting such dead or embalming room with the sanitary sewer system of the city.
