§ 16-52. Special licensing provisions for carnivals in downtown business district.

  • (a)

    No commercial carnival activity shall be conducted in that area of the downtown business district as defined in the Unified Development Code of the city during fiesta week of each year unless and until the carnival activity is licensed and authorized by the city or its duly authorized representative.

    (b)

    Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall be punished as is provided in section 1-5.
