§ 19-22. Emergency and experimental regulations.

The traffic engineer is hereby authorized to make and enforce temporary or experimental devices to cover emergencies or special conditions. No such temporary or experimental device shall remain in effect more than two hundred seventy (270) days. The traffic engineer may test traffic control devices under actual conditions of traffic.
