§ 19-195. Stopping, standing, or parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets.
(a)
When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle during the hours specified and upon any of the streets described by separate ordinance of the city establishing such hours of parking on such streets; provided, this section shall not be applicable on Sundays or public holidays as defined under section 19-218.
(b)
When signs are erected in each block of the streets as listed below giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Saturdays. Public holidays as defined in section 19-218.
