§ 19-196. Parking time limited on certain streets.

When signs are erected in each block, giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than the one (1) hour or two (2) hours,

whichever is designated by the signs at any time between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays and holidays.
