Ord. No. 2013-09-05-0577, § 5, adopted September 5, 2013, repealed the former section 2-9 in its entirety, which pertained to policy governing appointment of persons demonstrating bias on basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, age or handicap, and derived from Ord. No. 80613, adopted August 11, 1994.
