§ 32-49. Parking.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stop or stand a motor vehicle on any of the driveways in the Farmers Market in such a manner as to block or prevent the passing of other vehicles.
(b)
The director is hereby authorized to designate certain areas on the ground level floor of the Farmers Market building, as defined in section 32-16, as customer parking only areas and to cause signs to be erected showing such designation. No person shall park a motor vehicle for a period of time in excess of one (1) hour during normal hours of operation.
