§ 32-50. Rules of operation for parking deck.

The director is hereby authorized to set rules of operation for the parking deck on the Farmers Market. Such rules of operation shall include the authority to close the parking deck during designated hours; enforce all other applicable sections of this chapter in regard to parking and traffic regulations; and to implement measures that assure easy flow of traffic and parking space turnover.
