§ 33-046. Voidance of drivers permit.

(a)

If the license required by the state for the class of vehicle operated by a driver is suspended or revoked, then the drivers permit issued under this chapter automatically becomes void.

(b)

A driver shall, within three (3) days of any expiration, suspension or revocation of the driver's state license, so notify the director and the holder for whom he/she drives and surrender his drivers permit to the director.
