§ 3-69. Trash disposal from aircraft.

(a)

Airline and/or aircraft operators must promptly dispose of all aircraft trash in appropriate receptacles. In no event shall aircraft trash be deposited into foreign object debris (FOD) receptacles.

(b)

All trash or refuse material brought into the airport from countries or provinces outside of the United States of America must be disposed of in adherence with all federal regulations.
