§ 35-B102. Citizen Participation Plan.
Documentation of citizen participation should include the following information:
(a)
The residents, property owners, interested parties, political jurisdictions and public agencies that may be affected by the application;
(b)
How those interested in and potentially affected by an application were notified that an application has been made;
(c)
How those interested and potentially affected parties were informed of the substance of the change, amendment, or development proposed by the application;
(d)
How those affected or otherwise interested were provided an opportunity to discuss the applicant's proposal with the applicant and express any concerns, issues, or problems they may have with the proposal in advance of the public hearing.
(e)
The applicant's schedule for continued citizen participation during the application processing stage and development.
(f)
How the applicant will keep the department of planning and development services informed on the status of their citizen participation efforts.
